Best Portable Oil Vaporizers, Concentrate Vaporizers, Wax Vaporizers
We touched on this vaporizer a while back as being one of the newest and most innovative devices to enter the portable vaporizer market. It has been a little over a year since then and we wanted to revisit this device to share some of the new editions to the Dipper family that have been released. The company now falls under a new brand name and goes by ‘Dip Devices’ and no longer uses ‘DipStick Vapes’. The brand was originally established in 2014 in Houston, TX. Now in 2018 Dip Devices can be founds in vape shops and online vaporizer stores all over the US.
You can order a Dip Device directly from the Official Website – Using this link you can take advantage of our built in coupon code which should get you 10% at checkout.
You can learn all the details on the dipper portable dab pen by reading the User Manual/PDF file.
What is the Dipper dab pen vaporizer?
The Dipper by DipStick vapes is a dabbing pen that converts into a mouthpiece regular style concentrate vape pen. This means that you can do THC and CBD dabs/concentrates in two ways. When using the Dipper as a dabbing device there is no loading of material, you simply turn the device on and dab away. The Dipper is a unique & multi-functional concentrate vaporizer with a quartz crystal atomizer that hits like a true dab rig.
What sets the Dipper vaporizer apart from other concentrate pens and dabbing devices:

Marijuana concentrates are crazy hot right now, and so are the smoking tools that vaporize
them. From classic dab rigs to portable e-nails, the methods for consuming your concentrates
keep expanding. One particular piece of equipment is sweeping the ranks of smart smokers: the
Put simply, a nectar collector is a slim, vertical vaporizing tool that utilizes water filtration. This innovative concentrate tech takes everything you love about a dab rig and turns it into a fresher, more sophisticated experience. A nectar collector generally comes in a kit-like box with all parts disassembled. Here’s what to expect when you unbox a brand new nectar collector.
Water Chamber: Water filtration is why nectar collectors deliver smooth and silky dabs. The central piece of a nectar collector is its water chamber. The most common (and most affordable) method of water filtration is a simple open-ended stem and dome combo. The fancier nectar collectors may include a diffused stem or even a shower head or comparable perc.
Neck: The neck/mouthpiece of a nectar collector is usually a slim straight tube that connects to the water chamber via a frosted joint. In high-end nectar collectors, this piece may contain an extra perc for filtration.
Tip: The tip of a nectar collector connects to the water chamber with a joint as well. The most basic kits come with a glass tip, but you’ll commonly see titanium tips as well. Quartz tips can be found as well, and are a good choice if you like the clear look but want to retain heat and resist cracking better than glass. Some kits come with a keck clip to hold the tip and water chamber together for extra security.
Dab Dish: The dab dish is unique to nectar collectors. It’s a little glass, quartz, or silicone dish where all the action happens.
You have two main choices when deciding on a nectar collector: glass, or silicone. Glass nectar collectors are favored for having ultra-clean vapor flavor, but silicone is the way to go if you want to take your dab sessions on the road.
How Do I Use a Nectar Collector?
The real question is, how do you use one of these contraptions? Luckily, it’s pretty simple. Fill the main chamber from the top. Fill it slowly and steadily, until the chamber is about ⅓ to ½ full.
Note: DO NOT fill a nectar collector with tip attached. Water may get trapped in the tip
and cause cracking when heated.
Insert the neck piece into the top of the water chamber.
Insert the glass, titanium, or quartz tip into the bottom of the joint, and secure with a keck clip if available. Use a push-and-twist motion to ensure a snug fit.
Prepare your concentrate by placing your desired amount in the dab dish and placing the dab dish on a flat surface free of surrounding objects. A counter or table is best.
Double check that the tip is secure in the joint, and re-adjust if necessary.
Hold the nectar collector horizontally and heat the tip with your torch. Avoid getting the tip red-hot, as that increases the chances of damaging the nectar collector, and leads to some very harsh dabs.
Once the tip is heated to your preferred temperature, touch it to the dab you’ve set up in the dish, and inhale the resulting vapor.
Once you’re done, lay the nectar collector on its side to cool, and enjoy the taste of your favorite concentrate!
Hot Tips for Using a Nectar Collector
The basics of using a nectar collector are pretty simple after you use it once or twice. But here are a couple of pointers to help you get the most out of your experience!
Cannabinoids and terpenes—the compounds that combine to get you high and flavor your dab—are vaporized at fairly low temperatures. Once you pass 400°F, those compounds burn and are lost. Experiment with your firing time and keep it low-temp for the tastiest dabs.
Dab mats are a lifesaver for nectar collectors. While you can place it on its side to cool and keep the tip from damaging your surface, a dab mat prevents any unseemly spills from damaging your surface. Believe me, it happens more often than you might think.
To smooth out your dabs even further, try starting your inhale as you finish leaning down to the counter or table. Before you actually touch the heated tip to the concentrate. This adds some cooler air to your hit, which then receives further cooling by the water filtration in the chamber.
Nectar collectors are an elegant way to get the best flavor from concentrates, as well as more precisely dose your sessions. There’s also the cost advantage: nectar collectors are definitely cheaper than your average dab rig. Add in their portability, and you’ve got the perfect companion to your best concentrates.

The cannabis industry continues to move forward at a relentless pace amidst all the backlash from strict government regulations around the world. The people have spoken and when there is a movement as powerful as the one behind the cannabis industry there is not much hope in stopping it. Companies like Quest, are bringing to market new and innovative ideas that make us rethink what cannabis consumption is all about. The Aero Inhaler Vaporizer seen here is a prime example of new ways to consume medical and recreational marijuana.
The Quest AeroInhaler is a new device that allows you to inhale puffs of approximately 10 mg of THC every time. Each cartridge gives you 100 puffs and can be picked up at many of the top dispensaries. The puffs send THC distillate directly into your lungs with no heat applied. This means there is no combustion which greatly reduces any irritating or burning of the throat.
The AeroInhaler is the most simple cannabis delivery system on the market. You just place the actuator between your lips and press down. The Aersol delivers an excellent blend of herbal terpy flavor.
A major concern with regular dab hits and dry herb hits using both the traditional flame and regular vaporizers is the whole guessing game behind the potency of each hit. With the Quest AeroInhaler, you are more in control of each session as it delivers the same dose with each puff.
Quest distillate delivers pure THC that helps to eliminate the buzzy head high of a Sativa and the couch burdening low of an Indica. A measured, and metered dose allows you to get the desired effect you are after and not over do yourself by accident. The Quest distillate is created with added live resin which delivers great tasting terpins.
One of the big problems plaguing pretty much every other type of cannabis consumption method besides edibles is the smell. The distinct potency of cannabis although quite delightful to some, is a red flag and dead give a way to others.
The Quest AeroInhaler is unique in that it has no odor that people around you can detect. This unit is truly one of the most discreet cannabis consumption methods that exists.
Quest AeroInhaler is made with pharmaceutical-grade components. It is recommended to clean the actuator valve that dispenses the doseage on a frequent basis. Keeping the actuator clean will ensure that you are receiving the proper dosage level of each puff.

The Mighty has two times the battery capacity of the Crafty. This Storz and Bickel vaporizer uses convection heating, has precise temperature control and an LED screen. The size makes it not pocket friendly and the only way to charge it is with a DC power supply (wall plug).
Hybrid vaporizers bring you the best of conduction and convection heating methods. The XMax XVape Fog vaporizer is the first hybrid vaporizer that XVape has brought to market. XVape is known for making powerful affordable vaporizers for both dry herbs and wax concentrates. Today we take a closer look at the new XVape Fog to see how it stacks up against the competition. We will touch on the build quality, vapor production, portability, ease of use and pros and cons of this new compact portable vaporizer.
The XVape Fog vaporizer is built with a thick anodized aluminum shell. This thick shell gives the unit a rugged feel and tough casing. Magnetic components are becoming increasingly more popular with portable vaporizers, lowering the cost of production while increasing ease of use. The magnetic mouthpiece top and makes for quick loading and easy maintenance. A jewelry grade ceramic mouthpiece sits on top of the Fog which helps to cool down the vapor as it heads towards your mouth.
The Fog has five default temperature settings that range from 356 F up to 428 F. Each temperature setting is displayed by the five green LED lights located on the side of the unit. When you have 1 light blinking it is heating up to the lowest temperature, when the light turns solid it has reached that temperature. The higher 4 temperatures work the same way.
The lower 3 temperatures deliver more flavor while the higher 2 temperatures give you easily noticeable increased vapor density. The powerful battery and hybrid heating is able to heat your material quickly enough to get a good draw within 30 to 40 seconds. On a single load you will be able to get around 10 solid draws.
The hybrid heating that the Fog vaporizer uses allows for your material to be heated evenly and also quickly. One area where 100% convection vaporizers fall short at times is the length of time you must wait before getting a good draw. The hybrid heating that encompasses both convection and conduction allows for this problem to be addressed while still getting smooth flavorful vapor.
The Fog is 80% convection and 20% conduction at the start of your session and likely a smaller gap for longer sessions. If you vape for around 10 minutes the heat transfer to the oven will eventually result in a higher conduction percentage.
XVape has created a special fitting attachment that allows you to use the Fog with a recycler (water piece). To achieve a cooler smoother hit you can filter your vapor through water filtration and ice. The combination of primarily convection heating with water and ice creates a great tasting cool hit.
The XVape Fog vaporizer uses a powerful 2600 mAh removeable battery. Removable batteries extend the life of your vaporizer and limits the amount of time you can vape only by how many batteries you have. The Fog communicates the remaining battery life through the LED light located around the micro USB charging slot.
Compact and durable are two of the key factors that make the XVape Fog a great portable unit. The thick anodized housing allows you to bring this vape on your travels without having to be super delicate with it. You can pick up additional Samsung 18650 batteries for very cheap online.
Taking advantage of the popular one button design, the Fog is a very straightforward vaporizer to use. To load the Fog you flip open the magnetic mouthpiece giving you access to the loading chamber. You load dry herb material directly into it and use the extract pad for concentrates.
The Fog is activated and deactivated by pressing the power button three times in a row. The light above the micro-USB port displays your remaining battery life - Green: Full, Purple: Medium, Red: Low. The Fog's temperature can be changed by holding down the power button; the five-light LED gauge displays your current temp level.
Considering the Fog falls into the vaporizers under 200 category with a low price tag of around $150 - it is one of the cheaper convection vaporizers available. XVape is a well established vaporizer company that has a number of highly recommended products. If you would like to learn more or buy the XVape Fog vaporizer you can do so by visiting the XVape website here.
A new portable vaporizer is in the works that will be released sometime in 2017. This new vaporizer is the first of its kind bringing new technology to the portable vaping industry. The Enovap vaporizer is a smart e-cig that uses a double tank e-liquid system and artificial intelligence to deliver precision hits of nicotine and any type of e-juice. In this article we will go over the features of the Enovap vape and when you can expect to be able to buy this new sophisticated device.
The Enovap smart e-cig has a feature called "Hit Control". The Hit Control technology allows you to adjust the nicotine strength between each puff. This is able to be done through the use of the double tank system built into the Enovap vaporizer. You are able to change the nicotine levels anywhere from 0 to 18 mg per ml on the fly without the need to change e-liquid.
The Enovap E-Cig is able to deliver mixed blends thanks to the dual e-liquid tank and smart technology built into the device. You are able to create your own flavor cocktails while choosing precise percentages of each type of eliquid on the fly. Adjusting the levels of two different blends or concentrations has never been so easy. If you think one puff is a little to strong one way or the other you can quickly adjust and try a new percentage weighting for your next puff until you get it right.
The Enovap vape allows you to also vape both the e-liquid tanks individually and go from one to the other without mixing without having to change the atomizer.
The technology built into the Enovap smart vape learns from your use patterns and anticipates your needs. The software built into the Enovap was made with the help of healthcare professionals (tobacco-cessation, respirologists, and addictologists). The Enovap is designed to help ease people off of nicotine with the help of algorithms to slowly and effectively reduce the nicotine levels as you vape.
The Enovap vaporizer has a mobile application that allows you to get more out of your device. With the Enovap app you can follow your consumption in real time, take part in community challenges, submit and get advice with healthcare professionals, and much more.
The Enovap vaporizer official website says that the device "is compatible with any type of e-liquid". Hopefully that means that you will be able to make some herbal blends with cannabis e-liquids. This would be a great way for CBD dominant liquids and THC dominant liquids to be mixed together. The ability to increase and decrease the percentages of each will allow users to find a great micro dose that works for them. On the same note - users could mix various strains together of either or both CBD and THC to find a good balance that they enjoy.
The Enovap smart e-cigarette is to be released sometime in 2017. The quantities that will be available in 2017 is unknown, but you can head on over to the official Enovap website here and request to be shortlisted and notified when the device becomes available.
Today we have a look at one of the best new wax dab pens that was released in 2017. The QLoudUp Nexus Vaporizer is a powerful new pen that has many people interested for a few reasons. The Nexus comes with a lifetime warranty and 3 coils to work with peoples individual vaping preferences. The Nexus pen is priced very competitively at $80 which pits it against other affordable vaporizers under 100. Here we will touch on a few aspects of the Nexus Vaporizer by QLoudUp to see if it performs well and is worth your money.
The Nexus is available in a few different color options. As you can see from the images of the Nexus wax pen on this page it is a very sleek modern looking pen. You can get it in matte blaq, ruby red, pearl white, and gun metal.
The vape battery is a bit on the weak side, but for a wax pen and how it is designed it hits pretty hard. The battery is a 650 mAh temp controlled battery that has 3 temperatures settings of 340f, 400f, and 460f.
You are able to take 20 second draws from the Nexus vaporizer which is more than enough time to get a good hit. The Nexus by QLoudUp comes with 3 different heating chambers/atomizers - it comes with an all ceramic heating chamber which is great for flavor, a quartz crystal single titanium coil atomizer, and a dual quartz crystal titanium coil atomizer for quick large rips.
The oven chamber is actually pretty deep. Considering the design makes it so the oven can't have a very wide diameter since it is a slim pen shape they did good job at making the oven a solid size by going deeper. You are able to easily git half grab in the oven chamber.
The thread used for the Nexus vape pen is 510 which is typical in wax pens. The device was designed in the US and quality inspected in the US. It has been made with no wicks, glues or dyes. This is important to know that the vapor you will be inhaling is primarily your material and not any left over grit and grind from the manufacturing process. Even still it is still a good idea to run the wax vape pen through a cycle or two on the highest setting with each heating element to give it a burn clean.
One of the biggest features of the Nexus by QLoudUp is that it comes with a lifetime warranty. This gives you peace of mind knowing that the company itself is confident in the product they are selling and in the case that anything standard goes wrong with your unit you will be taken care of.
The package that you get with the Nexus wax pen includes the pen itself, the ceramic chamber, the single quartz chamber, the double quartz chamber, a micro USB charging cable, a dabbing tool, the user's manual, and a travel case.
The price is right and the hits a pretty good. The Nexus vaporizer is rated as one of the best new wax pens of 2017 and when considering things like the lifetime warranty, the temperature options, the overall build quality, the 3 heating chambers/atomizers and the low price tag we can see why it is a popular new wax pen.
The downfalls I see is the less then average battery and the fact that is designed to vape just wax concentrates. If you are looking for a more powerful vaporizer or perhaps one that can vape more than one material you can browse the sections below based on price.
One new vaporizer that may be of interest that was also released in 2017 is the Hera 2 which is a touch screen vaporizer designed for dry herbs and concentrates. A more expensive top of the line vaporizer that is jsut being released that you may also wish to look into is the Ghost MV1.
If you think that the Nexus by QLoud Up is a vaporizer that you may wish to purchase you can do so by visiting there official website here.
